If something about your order does not feel aligned, we are here to guide you with care and clarity.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
To remain eligible, the piece must be in its original, untouched condition — unused, unworn, and returned with all tags and its full packaging.
Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.
To begin your return, simply write to us at studio@andykassier.com.
Once your request has been approved, we will provide you with the return address, a prepaid return label, and gentle step-by-step instructions.
Please note that items sent back without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Many of our acrylic fortune cookies carry messages chosen by you — a quote, a wish, a fragment of your inner world.
These pieces are created uniquely for you, and by their nature, are non-returnable and non-refundable under EU consumer law.
Still, we hold your experience with deep care.
If something feels off — whether a production nuance, transport damage, or an unexpected detail —
we will personally support you and find a solution that restores harmony and leaves you truly happy.
Your piece should feel right. If it doesn’t, we will help.
Please take a moment to look over your order upon arrival.
If the item is damaged, defective, or not what you expected, reach out to us immediately so we can set things right with openness and care.
The following items cannot be returned:
Personalised or custom made pieces
If you are unsure whether your piece qualifies, simply write to us — we’re here to help.
If you feel called toward another piece, the simplest way is to return the original item first.
Once the return is approved, you’re welcome to place a new order for the item that resonates more deeply.
(Please note: personalised pieces can only be replaced in cases of production error or damage.)
EU customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days, without offering a reason.
This right does not apply to personalised items, which are exempt under EU law.
All returned items must be unused, in original condition, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
